The Client Partner is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and effectively positioning our consulting services to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business development:
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market.
- Proactively initiate contact with prospects through networking, referrals, and various outreach channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
Relationship management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Understand client business challenges and objectives to identify opportunities for our consulting services.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing valuable insights and solutions.
Sales execution:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our consulting services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and client satisfaction.
Sales strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and competitive landscape.
Reporting and analysis:
- Track sales activities and performance metrics using CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and progress toward targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting industry
- Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of consulting methodologies and frameworks
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location, Compensation & Development
- Travel: Location in a tier 1 city; may require up to 50% travel
